I was charged the whole amount twice because they originally missed 5 items on my order when they shipped it. So when they shipped the remaining items they charged me again. So I tried to get ahold of customer service to help resolve this issue. I spent 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone through the live chat and I had 5 different "people" enter the chat and then leave immediately.

I tried calling the customer service number and had to call 3 separate times to finally get ahold of someone. The first 2 times I had called I was waiting on the phone for 15 mins before the automated voice told me the phone line had been disconnected.

Can't even say what the products are like because I haven't even received them but this experience has left a sore taste in my mouth and I'm not even excited to get the items anymore. Never buying from here again. Tip for consumers: Don't use this site. I've had nothing but issues and a horrible experience since I clicked submit payment! Products used: Been 2 weeks and I still haven't seen any of my products.

I live in the U. S and based on the not helpful tracking number that states they still haven't even received the package, this shop is located in Texas, United States. I ordered and the items took forever to arrive. A couple items fit and looked great. However, the teddy was sown incorrectly and looked awful.

I called. I took pictures. I returned it with all of its tags plus a note explaining what happened in case my item wasn't associated with my complaint. I was told it would be a couple weeks, but I never did get that refund. I tried calling and got the run around. I feel cheated and lied to. So if you order, I hope it fits and was constructed correctly. I ordered 4 items on May 3.

For the other 2 items, I used the size guide on their website clicked the link on each individual item and their size guide indicated XL as being a size They sent me a size XL-size 22 for the bandage bustier and a size 5XL for the robe. When I explained the situation to them by email and left a phone message which they never returned , they said they sent the correct size and that if I want I can pay shipping and return everything but need to pay the return shipping but they wouldn't offer to send it the right size.

For them, they hadn't made a mistake. They offered a store credit for the return shipping I would pay but at this point I don't want to buy anymore from their site and I don't trust them, especially since I'm careful about reading size charts when I buy online. Tip for consumers: I wouldn't trust them enough to buy from them again and I don't recommend buying from them.

Or email them directly to double verify the size. I ordered my items, and same as others, they took forever to arrive. When it did, bra didn't fit. I know, never again will I be unsure of bra size with online purchase. Anyways, went through MANY hoops to return it. Sent pictures of it. They asked about tags not being on product but there never was any tags. Oh joy! There really is a bright side to every situation So stay away, there's better companies out there that will actually answer their phone when you call them.

Other companies will also send things promptly. AND other companies will accept returns no matter what because why? They care about customer service. As a professional, customer service is my 1 priority so it really infuriates me when another business, much larger then my own, has no care to even attempt good customer care.

I pray people read reviews before ordering. I have always thought they were for smaller sized women but I was oh so wrong, I have never felt so sexy in lingerie! Also ordered an oversized-sleep shirt and it it sooooo comfortable. I definitely recommend this site! These people have the worst customer service team, and it is their policy to avoid giving refunds at all costs. According to them once it leaves their warehouse, they aren't liable. UPS lost my package and getting them to file a claim which only the seller can do was like pulling teeth.

In the meantime they kept pushing me to take a gift card for the items even though I bought them in February during a sale and couldn't replace the items with the store credit.

After a month of talking to a wall I filed a PayPal dispute. My items were magically found and shipped to me in April. Apparently they didn't have the courier return to seller and refund me like every other reputable company out there.

I received a preopened, duct tape covered parcel with tire marks on it. Preopened lingerie! The price is not worth the headache of this completely unprofessional company. I made an order with expedited shipping. I never received my order, or a follow up phone call from the company. The day I called a rep hung up on me before I could get my order number. I will never order from them again. Despite the website indicating items shipping within days of ordering, my items were only shipped when I requested the order be cancelled.

Within an hours of receiving an email of acknowledging my request to cancel, I received an email with shipping information. Over the course of the 3 weeks I reached out mulitple times was always told i would recieve an answer within hours. To this day no one has ever followed up.

At one point i inquired about a price adjustment as prices had dropped while i waited. Looking back i should have canceled my order then and just reordered. The last up date i recieved about the price adjustment is that prices have gone back up so there is nothing to adjust, thankfully i took screenshots of the prices when I reached out. I still have not heard back. Highly recommend not shopping here and I'm planning to avoided city chic as well as they were bought out by the company and since then the service has gone down drastically.

Found this company online while looking for plus size lingerie and all four items I ordered looked like the pics online and the sizes were right on.

Usually you order lingerie and it's made to fit a 5 year old! I was very pleased with everything I received. This is the best place that I have found for a plus size person like me to get sexy lingerie that looks good.

And the bra's they have are just wonderful. I'm a 44C and that's a hard size to find in something that dose not look like your great grandmother would ware. I will continue to shop here. Love this place. DO NOT order from here, this was the biggest waste of my time. I place an order because I had a photoshoot and I made sure to place it early enough. I placed it three weeks before my shoot because shipping says business days.

I placed the order on March 11th, I called on March 19th because it hadn't said it was shipped yet. The customer service person who I had to call at least a dozen times to get anything other than a voicemail because I left a voicemail and no one ever called me back 4 days prior said I would receive my package by March 25th.

I never received it and so I called March 26th after 5 calls, I finally got through and she said that it had not yet shipped but she would put in a request to the highest person at the warehouse but it would take hours which would make it Monday and I need the package by Tuesday. I just had to cancel my order, so if you have plenty of time to wait and don't plan on needing to speak to customer service go ahead and order.

But don't believe their lie of business days on shipping and customer service is a joke. Very happy with the products but the duty and customs fees where way way over the top Absolutely not worth 55 dollars custom fees for a 75 dollar package.

And Dollars for a Never never again. I will never order from here again. I ordered in Feb. Its March still no order. Never Again I should have read the reviews first! Truly terrible black Friday experience. I order on Friday. Talk to support and they say it should be shipped that day.

Order finally arrives It's missing the good half of my order the ones you are super excited about. Talk to support again. Order was back ordered and due to a "glitch" i was not only NOT notified about an issue with my order but it also just cancelled it instead of processing the items when they are back in stock. Don't worry guys.
