Where is nozzlerust post

This is really easy, just pick a hole and kill the wastes taskmaster there is one in each hole. The mobs respawns all the time but the wagons is a bit slow. But this is really easy. Comment by the taskmaster spaws at 58, 30 both the taskmaster and the waste diggers, respawn quick, in about 1 and a half minute.

Wowhead currently lists this quest as being required for Composite Ore, but that's not the case. Comment by This quest was still unattainable at 74 for me with or without finishing Composite Ore even after abandoning Composite Ore still couldn't get it.

I just got the letter returned to Madam Goya in the underbelly and then went into a mail tube that is right behind the Magus Commerce Exchange. What you have to do is click on 9 letters that are floating in the air, to complete the quest.

To complete talk to the Postmaster again. Return to Sender. We lost another one, eh? Those harpies are becoming a real nuisance. No matter! There's work to be done.
